Behind this venture is Manuel Galera, born in Marseille, of Italian and Spanish descent. Immersed in gastronomy from a young age, he took his first steps in the kitchen in Marseille, where he discovered a love for the profession and the richness of Mediterranean flavors.
His journey then took him across Europe, where he refined his craft and acquired a unique expertise, blending tradition and innovation. From French cuisine to Italian and Spanish influences, he developed an authentic and creative approach, which is now the hallmark of The Frenchy Catering.
